Abel Makkonen Tesfaye {born 16 February 1990] who is popularly known as 'The Weeknd' is a Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer. Before adopting the name 'The Weeknd', he worked under the aliasses ''The Noise' and ''Kine Kane'. The Weeknd have worked with several artistes in the industry, he cites Micheal Jackson, Prince, R Kelly as his musical inspirations. Tesfaye dropped almost $20m on a hidden hills mansiont.
